Working in Reading Mode

Reading mode features tables, reports, cells in reports, and summary data records (as determined by configured settings). This mode also features the minimum page measurements and amount of padding around the edges of the report.

Main Menu Toolbar

Use the following primary tools to navigate the report as detailed by each feature.

File	Save/Save As	Save open document to personal folder or to a corporate folder to which access has been granted by the BI administrator.
File	Undo	Undo previous actions.
File	Redo	Redo undone actions.
File	Export	Export all reports or select tabs t in Excel, PDF, HTML, TXT, or CSV format.

Query	Refresh	Refresh all refreshable data providers. Also shows the last data and time of last refresh.
Analyze	Show/Hide filter bar	Display the filter bar and edit existing input controls and refine the data.
Analyze	Enable navigation	Activate drilling in the document on any objects with more than one level.
Analyze	Show/Hide changes	View changes made in current session.
Analyze	Track data changes	Activate the change tracking for a document.
Display	Freeze all table headers	Keep the header or a portion of the table visible while the remainder of the content scrolls.
Display	Enable folding/unfolding breaks and sections	Activate folding and unfolding of breaks and sections within the report
Display	Start presentation mode	Click to schedule a refresh every X minutes.

Navigation Tools

A vanishing toolbar is shown at the bottom of the report with the following options.

Icon	Task	Description
	Page browser	Move forward or backwards one page, enter a specific page number, or toggle to the beginning or end of a report in a document.
	Zoom	Zoom in and out of report view.
	Show/Hide print layout	Toggle between the quick display mode and the print layout.
	Fit to width	Expand report to fit the width of the page.
	Fit to page	Show full report on one page.
