Monthly MDE Status Trend (REM)
This report provides a monthly trended view by initial MDE status returned for claims. With it, providers can understand and compare status over an extended period of time to assess overall performance.
Business Use
Understand the rate in which issues most need to be addressed on MDE claims to receive reimbursement.
Running the Report
To generate the Monthly MDE Status Trend (REM) report:
- Click Run on the Monthly MDE Status Trend (REM) pod.
- Select one or more CIDs from the values displayed.
- Use the calendar function to enter an Effective Start Date.
- Use the calendar function to enter an Effective End Date.
- Select the option of whether or not to include test claims.
- Click Run Query.

Summary
This tab displays MDE status trends by Month and show the rate of claims that are returned with the different statuses.

MDE Detail
This tab provides a detailed view by MDE status by month over time.

| % of Total Charges | % of total claim amount for the given month. |
| Total Charges | Total claim amount for the given month. |
