Sending Historical Instances

Sending generated reports from a schedule is no different than sending reports from the standard library or personal folders. The process sends one instance of the report to select users in your CID. To set up regular distribution of a report and eliminate the need to send it manually every time, see Adding Scheduled Reports or Editing Scheduled Reports (Format and Destination) to configure users as a destination.

To send a single instance of a scheduled report:

  1. Right-click on the report in the scheduled history, and select Send.
  2. In the Send to field, locate and select the name of the user that you want to receive the report. After you enter the first three characters, names matching your entry will be listed for selection. Only authorized users will be given.
  3. Repeat step 2 to add additional recipients. To remove a name you selected, click on the X located to the left of the recipient's name.
  4. Click Send. A copy of the report can now be found in the recipient's inbox.
