Deleting Scheduled Reports

You can only delete schedules and instances that you have set and run yourself. Deleted schedules and instances cannot be recovered. Be sure that you no longer need them prior to removal.

Take the following steps to delete a schedule, completely stopping it from running again:

  1. From your personal or hospital folder, right-click on the report name, and select Schedule, or click Schedule on the report pod.
  2. Left-click on the name of the instance you want to delete, and select Delete.
  3. Click OK on the prompt to confirm. The recurrence is instantly removed from the listing.

To delete just one instance of a scheduled report:

  1. Right-click on the report name in the scheduled history, and select Delete.
  2. Click Delete to confirm the action on the prompt displayed.
